Bought a heater last year at SAMs used it for 2 months woke up to my outlet burnt and the cord fried. i plugged in the heater, to a perfectly good outlet, and it ran for a few minutes, and then my son noticed the outlet smoking, and he unplugged it, plug was fried, as well as outlet. And now, its funny how the company is not reachable with given email or website address...I have read several posts on websites of people who have experienced this same problem We would like a refund, not another product ..
