LeetCode Hello, I am a Leetcode user

Hello, I am a Leetcode user. The email of my registered account at Leetcode is ***@gmail.com. Yesterday, Leetcode charged me $159.00 on my credit card with no prior notice. The transaction invoice is *** I haven't used Leetcode in months and had no intention to renew. I didn't receive a response from their billing team. The services are supposed to start today, and I tried to cancel it today but there is no option for a refund. I think Leetcode is being unfair because they didn't send any notifications/emails about the renewal and instead just automatically renewed it, and it is a significant amount of money. I hope that Complaintsboard.com can help me get a full refund for the subscription. I've attached my invoice to this complaint.

My annual leetcode premium subscription was renewed without my permission and leetcode cannot be contacted through email or their help center. My account has been charged an undisclosed amount and I've been trying to request a refund but to no avail. My invoice number is undisclosed.

Leetcode is the most scammy platform I have ever come across. I vividly remember canceling my subscription the moment I got it last year because I didn't want to be charged for a subscription renewal the next year. I even tried to delete the card on file, which they didn't let me do but I still thought canceling the subscription would be enough. And guess what? I got charged a subscription fee right now for the upcoming year. This is the biggest scam in the industry and I am filing as many complaints as I need to until I get back my refund.

I have no intention of using the service for an additional year as I have no need for the service any longer and am requesting a refund in full. LeetCode I purchased a plan *apparently* a year ago from LeetCode which I do not remember and never used

I purchased a plan *apparentlya year ago from LeetCode which I do not remember and never used. Unlike other companies that send out updates regarding renewals, Leetcode quietly went ahead and processed a payment for $159 for an annual plan and sent an email with a receipt for the transaction. As I have never used the site and forgot about it entirely without any marketing emails from them or updates, I reached out and requested a refund immediately in response to their email and asked them to cancel my plan promptly. I received no reply as of 10/04/2022. I had to go ahead and cancel the account myself, but I still have had no response despite writing to LeetCode several times. I'm very disappointed with their lack of transparency regarding the process.

Leetcode charged me a certain amount to renew my annual subscription on March 14th, 2022, without any warnings or reminders about the upcoming payment. On March 15th, I wrote to their billing team asking to terminate my subscription and issue me a refund as I was not aware that the subscription auto-renewed and did not want to use their services for another year. Based on the experience from other customers, it seems necessary to post the issue on a public forum to resolve such an issue. My budget has been tight since COVID, and I cannot afford to use a service that I do not use. Please help me get my refund. My username on Leetcode is with the billing team. I had signed up for leetcode about a year ago to prep for interviews. After getting the job, I cancelled leetcode. However, they charged me for annual renewal , around $154. I have contacted them via email and no response, the money hasn't been responded. The phone number listed on the credit card transaction is not operational and there is no way to talk to a human being.

I signed up for LeetCode Premium on Nov 29 2019, with the intent to use it for an year. On Nov 28 2020, LeetCode billed me for a second year. I signed up for LeetCode Premium on Nov 29 2019, with the intent to use it for an year. On Nov 28 2020, LeetCode billed me for a second year. There is no notification being sent to me for renewal. I signed up for LeetCode Premium on Nov 29 2019, with the intent to use it for one month. On Nov 29 2020, LeetCode billed me for a second month. That same day, I cancelled my subscription and contacted LeetCode to request a refund for the second month. I have not got any reply back from leetcode. To be clear: I am being charged for one year of services that start today, Nov 28 2020, even though I do not want those services.

Before purchasing the premium, I was shown a sample solution that existed both as a video and text. However, after the premium purchase was complete, I saw that the sample shown earlier was misleading just in order to prompt me to purchase as there are no video solutions to the problems but only in text format (that too not for all the problems) This is an absolute fraud. I want my *** back. If this fraud continues, this website will shut down soon anyway.

I didn't use the leetcode service, but they charged me 159.00 dollar for giving me no service. I also tried to contact my credit card but leetcode refuse to my credit card dispute. I also contacted leetcode customer service but they refuse to help as well. By searching online, I found many similar cases happen with leetcode.

I subscribed to the monthly premium on Mar 2nd 2022. I am done with my interview on Mar 9th . I did not use the service since then. However, without any notification in advance, I was charged one month more on April4yh but I do not need it anymore. I need my payment to be refunded as I have no plan to use it during the new premium period.

I've bought leetcode subscription on 4/9 planning to use the service only for a year. However, on 4/9/2022, subscription has been extended (was charged 159 USD) without any notification. I've cancelled the subscription right on the next day I've been charged and sent message to leetcode that I would like to get a refund on the charge since I have no intent of continuing the service for another year. There has been no single reply from the company and I have sent up to 4-5 emails so far. My account is yoivankk and the invoice id is #***.

I purchased a LeetCode subscription on March 3, with the intention of using the service for only one year. However, on March 3, 2022, my subscription was automatically renewed and I was charged $159 without any prior notification. I canceled the subscription on the same day I was charged and communicated with LeetCode, requesting a refund since I did not plan to continue using the service for another year. Despite sending 4 to 5 emails, I have not received a single response from the company. My account is registered under my email address, and I have the invoice details for reference.

My LeetCode Premium was auto renewer on March 14 2022, without prior notice (invoice #*** ). That same day, I cancelled my subscription and contacted LeetCode to request a refund for the full year I was charged and which plan on not using. I created a leetcode support ticket #XXXXXX without any response for 6 days. To be clear: I am being charged for one year of services that started Mar 15 2022, even though I do not want those services.

Leetcode charged me $159 to renew my annual subscription at 11:56 pm on March 7th 2022 without any warnings/reminders about the upcoming payment. On March 8th at 1:14 am (merely a couple hours after they charged me) I wrote to their billing team asking to terminate my subscription and issue me a refund as I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and did not want to use their services for another year. It has been over a week since I received their automated response ("your request is being reviewed by our support staff") and I have still not gotten a reply from them. I am a student paying for leetcode out of pocket and in such times, I cannot afford a $159 subscription for a service that I don't even use. Please help me get my refund. Hello, I subscribed Leetcode.com in August last year and intent to use it for one year. Without notification, I surprisingly received a charge from Leetcode.com at 10:23am on Aug 23, and I have emailed the Leetcode billing center immediately at 10:41am on the same day. However, I have not received any response yet. I feel I was ignored by them. :( I have emailed them again, and in the meanwhile, I would like to get help from you since $159 is a pretty big money for a graduate student who spent around $5 daily for food. I have not received any notification before this auto-charge. I would cancel the premium if I received the notification. I would like to express my thanks to Leetcode.com for providing a platform to help me to prepare the interview. However, I do not need to use it for now and have to focus on research. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I had a year subscription for leetcode.com And actually I have not used them for few months already. Today they have charged me for one more year ($159) without any notice in advance. I don't plan to use them, so I've tried to cancel the service immediately as I've got that email. But it seems they still are not going to refund me and will "provide" service which I don't need for the next 12 months. I feel that it is unfair to charge the subscription without any notice. Everybody does that now - Apple, streaming services - they all give you a notice so you can cancel subscription if you don't need it anymore. Also I've tried to reach them by email - no answer :( I hope Complaintsboard.com could help me with this issue, there are some good reports that you guys helped other people with similar LeetCode issue. Thanks for your help in advance!

LeetCode So, I've been having this issue with Leetcode for more than a week now

So, I've been having this issue with Leetcode for more than a week now. I have subscribed for Leetcode Premium on 3/3 and planned to use the service only for a year but my account has been automatically charged for 159 USD extending another year of subscription on 3/3/2022 without any notification. I did not allow for an automatic extension of the service and because I had no intention of continuing the service I have cancelled the subscription on the same day that the incident occurred and sent emails to Leetcode Support Team for a refund. However, I have never received a single reply back from the Support Team. I have sent 3-4 emails and still have not got a single response back even though all my messages were read. LeetCode I signed up for the Leetcode premium on October 5th, with the expectation to use the service only for a month

I signed up for the Leetcode premium on October 5th, with the expectation to use the service only for a month. However, I didn't realize that I had been signed up for a year worth of subscription which I had never intended for. The same can also be validated by verifying my usage history since I had never used any of the premium features from November onwards. This was purely a case of a signup error. This thing had come to my attention when I reviewed my credit card statement in December and then I canceled the subscription so that I don't get charged for the next year. I had also sent an email to them about the issue and requested a refund on a pro-rated basis since I had used the service for only 1 month, however, I haven't received any refund from them. My premium subscription was renewed without any notice and there was no option to delete my card My Leetcode premium subscription was renewed without any prior intimation. Also, there is no option to delete a card from my account itself. As soon as I got information about the amount being debited from my account, I reached out to Leetcode via email but I havent received a response from them. My account is under the email id of *** and my user name is ***. The billing was done on Nov 28th for an amount of $159. The payment was through a credit card which was saved in their system last year. I do not want this subscription and I was never informed about the billing before hand. They also do not let us remove our card information from the website. Apparently we have to email them to get the card removed. Kindly help with this. Please let me know if any other details are required.

Request to get refund from *** for automatically charging *** for renewing yearly subscription without my knowledge. My card was charged *** for a yearly subscription of *** Premium on 4th Feb 2021. I believe that this renewal was done automatically in continuation of my last year's subscription. I wish to get a refund for this as I no longer require *** premium and this renewal was done without my knowledge or confirmation. I have already cancelled the subscription from my end on the site. On 4th Feb 2020, I had paid for a year's subscription of *** Premium which ended on 3rd Feb 2021. I am writing to request your formal help with getting a refund for a service that I never intended to pay for twice: Leetcode. Leetcode is an educational platform where one can buy a subscription for access to their educational resources. I got it once for myself a year ago (Dec 6 2020) and used it. However, I was recently charged again (Dec 6 2021) for extending the subscription, without any prior notice. I did not intend to buy it again, and LeetCode denies me a refund. The charge happened today on Dec 6, around 10 minutes ago. I attached a pdf below. Given that the price is rather high ($159 for the service) and I did not agree to it, I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve the issue. They've renewed my subscription, without my confirmation, for a year, even though I've cancelled it today and I haven't used it at all. Leetcode has renewed my subscription for another year without even giving me a confirmation notification or the option to subscribe with a different plan. I've cancelled my subscription on Sept. 28, 2020. A year after my first subscription. However, I've already been billed for services that I haven't used. Furthermore, I'm completely unable to delete my credit card details with them. If I try to access my card, their site simply says that the card is stored with stripe.com. They provide no method to delete your own card details. These are the worst kind of practises, that I've never seen before, with any merchant. I cannot be charged for another year, for a service, that I've not used at all. I also need to be able to delete my own card details from my account with them.

Hi, my name has been omitted. The email of my registered account at Leetcode has also been omitted. Two days ago, LeetCode renewed my annual premium subscription without any notice in advance. I was charged a certain amount for this annual premium renewal. The transaction details are as follows: invoice ID has been omitted, Date: Sep 25, 2021, Amount has been omitted. However, I had no intention to renew for this year. I contacted support to ask them to cancel my membership and have not received any responses yet. I am being charged for one year of services though I do not want those services and I attempted to cancel it today when I noticed it renewed and wasn't able to. I think that Leetcode should have sent me notifications or emails about renewal before automatically renewing the subscription. I hope that customer support could help me to cancel this subscription immediately and get a full refund.

LeetCode I subscribed to Leetcode in Jan 2020 for yearly subscription of $159

I subscribed to Leetcode in Jan 2020 for yearly subscription of $159. In June , I found out that they auto charged me another $159 for yearly subscription on Jan 19, 2021. I needed access to Leetcode in June so I tried to access my premium subsription expecting that I have already paid for whole year 2021. However, the premium subscription was not active. So I emailed Leetcode to cancel my yearly subscription and refund $159. They didn't provide me refund and nor provided the premium access for 2021 fr which I already paid. Since I needed the access urgently ,I had to pay another monthly subscrption for $35/month and I was hoping that Leetcode will provide me $159 refund. They haven't provided me the refund of $159 yet nor they restarted my yearly subscription and have been charging me $35 monthly fees. I explained this to them in email at least 5 times till now. This is extremely frustrating to see how Leetcode is trying to rob hard earned money from students.

LeetCode Request for Refund on Unnotified LeetCode Subscription Renewal

Dear Team, My name is [Redacted]. I am a user of LeetCode. Recently, LeetCode has renewed my annual premium subscription without any notice in advance. I was charged $159.00 for this annual premium renewal. Therefore, I would like to request the full refund amount of 159.00$. Actually, I totally had no intention to renew for this year. In the meantime, I think that LeetCode is irresponsible that it did not send me any notifications or emails about this renewal before automatically renewing the subscription. Currently, I wish that complaintsboard.com could help me to cancel this subscription immediately and get the refund fully. Hi, I am a user of LeetCode. My name is ***. The email of my registered account at Leetcode is ***@gmail.com. Yesterday, LeetCode renewed my annual premium subscription without any notice in advance. I was charged $159.00 for this annual premium renewal. The transaction invoice ID is *** Below are the details: However, I totally had no intention to renew for this year. I contacted support to ask them to cancel my membership and have not received any response. To be clear: I am being charged for one year of services that start today,even though I do not want those services and I attempted to cancel it on the same day that it started.
