LeetCode Hi, I am a user of LeetCode

Hi, I am a user of LeetCode. My name is ***. The email of my registered account at Leetcode is ***@gmail.com. Yesterday, LeetCode renewed my annual premium subscription without any notice in advance. I was charged $159.00 for this annual premium renewal. The transaction details are as follows: invoice ID is *** Date: Jul 8th, 2021 Amount: $159.00 However, I totally had no intention to renew for this year. I contacted support to ask them to cancel my membership and have not received any response. To be clear: I am being charged for one year of services that start yesterday,even though I do not want those services and I attempted to cancel it on the same day that it started. In the meantime, I think that Leetcode is irresponsible that it did not send me any notifications or emails about this renewal before automatically renewing the subscription. I hope that complaintsboard.com could help me to cancel this subscription immediately and get the refund fully.

Hello, I signed up for LeetCode March 31st and used it maybe one to two times in the last twelve months (which they can see from my activity on the website.) Today, without any prior warning to a reoccurring charge, I was charged $159.00 to my account. I have not used the service in months and I did not wish to continue this subscription, however I was never notified that I would be charged within the last weeks/months. In fact, the last email I received from LeetCode was on May 21st which was a "LeetCode Weekly Digest." The only time I was notified of this reoccurring charge was AFTER they charged me. I would like a full refund to my account, as again I have not used the service in months and I definitely did not intend on signing up for it again and essentially spending money on something that I am not using. LeetCode's refund policy states that you can cancel your account but will not receive any money back. Since this is the first day of this new "subscription", I wanted to contact immediately and resolve the issue as quickly as possible as I have not used the service today at all other than to cancel my subscription. Thank you

LeetCode I created an account with a Gmail address and linked my GitHub account

I created an account with a Gmail address and then tried to link my GitHub account. Unbeknownst to me, LeetCode created a new account for my GitHub email and switched to it. I subscribed to their monthly premium services while logged in with my GitHub email. Later, I logged in with my intended Gmail and found I wasn't subscribed to premium; confused, I paid for an annual subscription. After realizing I wouldn't need to renew, I unsubscribed from the annual plan. However, they kept charging the $35/month premium fee against the account linked to my GitHub. I recently noticed the charges and filed a complaint for a refund. I had intended to unsubscribe from premium a year ago and never meant to subscribe twice. I requested a refund for the money charged against the account linked to my GitHub since last August, totaling $560. I did not intend to pay this, and by not refunding, they are taking money unjustly.

LeetCode I disputed their charge last year, however leetcode rejected the refund and cut the service as well

I disputed their charge last year, however leetcode rejected the refund and cut the service as well. They keep my money but not provide any service. I by accident enrolled their annual member (account number: ***) and got charged from Aug 9th last year. It was a mistake and I filed dispute through citibank. Leetcode declined my dispute request and since it took couple months for citibank to proceed, I didn't follow up in details and missed the continue dispute mail from citibank last year. when I noticed this from March , it was too late so I think ok fine, I just use the rest of the membership for the year. But this ends up I don't even have access to the website as a membership user. I emailed Leetcode for my access issue through email (request #XXXXX) , they replied since I filed dispute, they have cut my membership since 2019. FINE, but since they didn't refund me, does that make any sense that not refund people money and also not provide the service? I don't think that is fair to customer, no matter what company policy leetcode have, it doesn't make any sense to charge ppl for the service they don't even provide. I emailed them for my concern that how they deal with this issue, but don't get reply so far. This looks like they want to PUNISH their customer, I think this violates the obviously contrary to the principle of equity in the market.
