I sent an email to Kinetic Pro Smart Watch in December 2022 to not charge me 39.99 monthly fees. But I have been charged for the following 2 months 39.99. I have sent several emails to Kinetic Pro but no response. I have since turned it over to my bank to resolve. I am unable to use the watch I do not have the strength to adjust the watch band. Kinetic Pro Smart Watch Does not work no response from vendor

Purchased smart watch Dec 23 and received it 12/28. Order number is 87BFEC3F00 Watch received but did not work from beginning. Properly charged. I sent emails immediately within 30 days of purchase (12/29 and 12/31) to [protected]@buykineticsmartwatch.com and phone calls to number listed on 1/10 and 1/20. No response.

Desired outcome: Refund or replacement would be great
