Kinetic Pro Smart Watch review: Unable to cancel recurring monthly charges

I sent an email to Kinetic Pro Smart Watch in December 2022 to not charge me 39.99 monthly fees. But I have been charged for the following 2 months 39.99. I have sent several emails to Kinetic Pro but no response. I have since turned it over to my bank to resolve.

I am unable to use the watch I do not have the strength to adjust the watch band.
