Kinetic Pro Smart Watch – Ordered smartwatch, got some kind of bracelet that doesn't even work

Ordered 6/7/23, and received 6/12/23. Order was advertised as a square-faced smart watch that was supposed to do many things. I also ordered an extra band and a charging plug. This thing doesn't charge, and there isn't even a button to turn it on so it's not working at all. I tried to leave a message on their website but when you press send, you get an error message saying it won't go through. I called the phone number but no one answers and when I called the cell # I heard a message from some girl telling me that her number is being used for a scam website. I spent a total of $103.88 and as a person who lives off Social Security, I thought I was getting something that I needed but at a price more affordable than a Samsung, Apple or Fitbit. I'm also sad that many more people will get scammed because, like me, I thought this was a legitimate deal. These people need to be stopped somehow.
