Not separating for spiders and bugs that come into units and don't handle audience neighbors noises
Call his to Sparta for spiders and bugs they say they will do it then they don't it's an infestation of lots of ants spiders almost got bitten by wolf spiders etc. Made a complaint to the HOA about the neighbors stomping mood obnoxious noises during day and night when it's convenient for them can enjoy the quietness and enjoyment of our unit because the neighbor day they have no padding to stop the noises stomping heavy walking loud noises they when we complained or ask can they please be more quiet they get louder we told the HOA about the issue and they said they have the right to walk. I said yes they can walk but not be rude about it just because they have cheap laminate flooring. HOA rather sweep the issue under the rug and let them get away with it and not so anything about it Kenyon and associates are rude manipulatively and are terrible the noises are redundant and his don't clean outside Windows where are all the HOA fees the homeowners are to pay I buy go to nothing gets done about these problems please read HOA reviews on this place there not good. Please help get new HOA association.
