Donald Swartz order a product through his contractor John Penny. When it arrived he make the trucking firm wait two days to unload and than ripped us off for $9, 000. If you deal with Donald Swartz be very careful or you will be his next one he rips off. After speaking to him on the phone this is how he does business. He is a crook and proud of it.

Donald Swartz ordered a product though his contractor John Penny, than held the money from his contractor to pay for the product when it arrived. When it showed up they refused to pay the agreed price making a trucking firm wait for two days, than still would pay for it. Anyone who would do business with Donald at Kect Construction should be very careful he will rip you off. Donald is a rude crook that belongs in jail.
