I have been having issues with my home since it was built in 2016. KB only provides a 2-year warranty, but my issue was not because of non-maintenance it was due to poor quality work. It started with my plumbing where I kept having my toilet stop up, I spent hundreds of dollars on plumbers and new toilets until I had someone to come out and take the pipe out to find there was another pipe inside of the pipe (which I have pictures and the pipe). I have had an electrical issue since 2016 I was told I was using too many amps in my kitchen the reason the other side of my kitchen would knock off at the breaker. So, I only started using one appliance on each side of the kitchen at a time. Now that I have new appliances it happening to where I must unplug one side of the kitchen before, I can use the other. My first roof leak was in 2019 I called KB homes and they told me my warranty was out of date again and referred me to a roofer. Now again my roof is leaking, and it has come through into my home now I'm having to replace sheetrock and wood from the attic. I was told both time by the roofing company that it was not done right in the beginning.
