Fraud Complaint is Bogus
Karen Heesch is not a fraud. The complaint listed by Laura Williams is fraudulent. Ms. Williams was never a client of Karen Heesch, and this is an anonymous name as are most on the internet. This website has the responsiblity of publishing a counter to false claims. If you are to believe this report, a person sold their home for $300, 000 less then the true value.Average sales price is $400K in Austin so they sold for $100K? Absurd. IThe parties involved in this complaint did NOT list w/KHeesch; they had their own agent and had some deep emotional and mental problems. If there are any questions, contact the Texas Real Estate Commission and/or their website as in 30 yrs. no complaints have ever been filed against. Ms. Heesch. No one could possibly stay in business if they operated in such a manner...TREC would investigate.
