IOnline.com ATM DEBIT CARD THEFT

I bought a tube of CELEBRITE SEXY TEETH whitener at $49.99 +$4.99 S/H. I was to get a mail rebate for the price of the product ($49.99) which I never got. In addition, I was enrolled in a wellness membership which I successfully cancelled. I just got charged for $99.99 from ionline.com from Colorado. After not recognizing the charge to my account from Ionline.com I googled it to find out that it is related to CELEBRITY SEXY TEETH. I am unable to to find a customer services link or phone numeber. This morning I was told by my bank that the charges are to post for them to pursue my complaint. I never had any issue with buying online before.

STAY AWAY FROM CELEBRITY SEXY THEETH and Ionline. THEY ARE CROOKS as reported on this site.

Sexy White Teeth Offer - THIS IS HOW TO CANCEL.
Product is no good; ordered & did NOT work at all. In addition; i was "automatically" enrolled into their 'VIP Rewards Program". That means I would be charged $99.99 every quarter for a 3 month supply of something that does NOT work.
How to get out of this. If it hasn't been 60 days since you ordered; you can cancel BEFORE you are charged. The best way of doing so is to CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE #: Customer Support: [protected]
After 60 days from your initial "trial" offer; they will start billing you as an 'automatic vip rewards program member'; & send a 3 month supply to you. So if you've gotten another 99.99 charge; this is what has happened.

CALL THIS # TO CANCEL: ioNLINE Customer Support:
[protected] *** They only asked for name, zip code, & street address.

{You will not have any luck using the website they show for the cancellation form: http://ionlineorder.com/cancelvip.php)}

My experience has been same but was not as lucky. I have been scammed for over $150 to date. After contacting my bank, Attorney Generals Office and BBB we hope to finally come to some resolution to these scam companies, ionline.com ane Wellness MD. THEY ARE A SCAM and inform anyone you may know not to fall into their trap. As they do not post their phone numbers here are several we have come up with [protected] OR [protected])...they do not provide unless you search and that takes time, effort and energy to do so. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO BEWARE! Hope you do not feel like the fool I do after falling for their sales pitch.

I HAD A SIMILAR EXPIRENCE. ONLY, I WAS TOLD THAT I F I CLICKED ON THE BIG RED STAR, THAT I WOULD GET A DICOUNT OF 49. 99 AND THE BALANCE WOULD BE $00.00, AND SHIPPING WOULD BE FREE. AND THAT I COULD CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIMEI. I CLICKED THE RED STAR AND HIT CHECKOUT AND IT WAS A LIE . THE BALACE WAS $54.99. WHICH THEY IMMEDIATELY PUT A HOLD ON THE AMOUNT AT MY BANK. I DID SCUCESSFULLY CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND WAS SENT A CONFIRMATOIN VIA E MAIL. I SENT THE PRODUCT, RIGHT BACK AND I AM AWAITING A CREDIT FROM THEM IN MY BANK . IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW. I HAVE A PHONE # FOR THEM1-[protected] Patti Painter

You were charged the $99 because when you bought their product you were automatically enrolled in a program to send more of the product every month or so. In order to cancel that you need to look closely at the email they send to you when they are shipping your order. They do not have a phone number but there is a form you can fill out to stop any additional charges. I am waiting to see if this works and if it does not I will simply cancel my debit card and request a new one with a new number.

IOnline.com Teeth Whitener

I too ordered the teeth whitener on 11/12/08 and tried to reach ionline a month later when I did not receive this item. The only way to reach these people was thru an e-mail complaint form which I sent in and they replied that "customer service was their main priority". I received this item approximately 4 days later via UPS alongwith a letter stating that I am now a member of the all inclusive VIP club. As a member I would automatically receive deliveries of teeth whitener every 2-3 months at 49.95. And of course this would automatically be deducted from my credit card. Additionally, approximately 9 days later I received a 16.95 charge on my credit card statement from A Pennysaver coupon outfit who is out of Ca. and markets this garbage from a another group of scam artists in Fl. who call themselves PrimTime. Without doubt these are two scam groups that found a nitch in state and federal laws to which they think they are immune. I intend to find my way to the Attorney's General Offices of Denver Co, Cal. and Florida to report this nonsense.

My intention was to receive 1 order of teeth whitner. When I got it, I returned it and then got another order which I am returning. Take my name off your scam list or I go to the Washington attorney general.

I have also been ripped off by this scam. My bank is in the process of investigating as well as the Attorney General State of Texas and the BBB. The process has been long and stressful to resolve this issue but I refuse to be a target for these two companies that play on one another. I will continue to be a pain in their tail until this situation is resolved. My free sample was never received and the rebate is a joke. They have no intention of making good on the offer they present. Overall I am out over $150 with nothing to show for it. My intent is to make sure no one else falls into this scam. I have advised everyone I can reach out to of my BAD experience with this unethical company and their form of work ethic. May I suggest you do the same. Best of luck contacting their customer service (#[protected]) it is a big joke and will make you feel like a bigger fool than you do already. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM...IT IS A FRAUD!

Same as above! Began the saga with a nearly empty tube...got a replacement from them (no charge) but wrong item. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, they PROMISED they would send out a new tube...this was last Friday...so far, no results. I was lucky enough to find the vip order thingy on their email to cancel further orders!
Fortunately I used my DiscoverCard, and they are investigating this for me..if they find my claim is valid, they will reverse their pmt to the company and give me a credit...this is the only good thing in this whole sad business. I also got the promise of a rebate from the Wellness program, which I cancelled successfully (but no rebate of course), This is a dismal company, I've been dealing with this since the lst of March!

Today 2/13/09, I was fooled into ordering the product and unfortunately or unfortunately found this site afterward.
I immediately cancelled the card I used when placing the order. The company will not be able to add any other charges. The charge from today is listed as pending and I will dispute it when it's status changes.
Cancelling the card obviously is inconvenient but I feel I can beat them at their own game. Thank you to the ladies who sent in their comments.
