Totally useless company. I live in Ottawa, and my building is attached to a hotel. The drivers constantly deliver the packages to the hotel, because they are too lazy to walk the extra 50 feet. And that's when it actually shows up on time. I have Prime Delivery with guaranteed shipping, and 9 times out of 10, the packages are late.
