Intelcom review: Delivery

I placed 4 posts, some rope, some green garland and Christmas decorations around the walkway to the front door. The rope was also secured to the railing posts. So today, the driver would have had to climb over the rope/garland to go up the steps and place the parcel at the front door. It's hard to believe that he/she did not see the barricade blocking the front door. If he/she really didn't see it, they should not be driving a vehicle on the streets in our city.

My only other thought is they really don't care or they are trying to piss me off. My next steep will be to ban these people from my property. I will contact Amazon and ask them if this is the only option for delivery. If so, goodbye Amazon.

Secondly. Under my last complaint it says RESOLVED. How was it resolved. I wasn't contacted, I wasn't given an answer or an apology.
