Josh Stika and his team nearly cost us a few thousand dollars in earnest money and the home of our dreams. Innovative Mortgage Alliance and Josh Stika repeatedly missed deadlines that he agreed to. Josh and his staff lied to us, our realtor, and the seller. Dealing with Josh Stika and Innovative Mortgage Alliance was a horrible experience.
