If you gave your personal information to Peter Skaggs; Innovative Mortgage Alliance, Inc; AKA innmtg.com your problems have just started. First of all I worked for these slim balls for about 6 month before I could not stand what was going on, how they were stealing from people, and making people lose their homes. Dont believe a word they say, in the weeks and months to come you will speak to many different people never the same person twice. You will hear foreclosure alot they love that word.

On every phone call you will get a different amount you have to pay them and different documents they say they need. As soon as they get your information they will start hitting you and or your bank account for payments, then late fee, services fees, legal fees, expenses, etc. In the end it will cost you thousands of dollars out of pocket and they will probably drop you or your home will be foreclosed anyway.

Just remember they will lie, cheat, steal, change papers, and in some cases sign/forge your name to legal documents .

If these people call you HANG UP THE PHONE on them.

As a court order I am required to write this retraction.
Innovative Mortgage and Peter Skaggs has been awarded a judgment and an injuction against my company GEO for my libel comments on this message board. I wrote this complaint in an attempt to cause Peter Skaggs / Innovative Mortgage harm, due to his winning a lawsuit against me for which I have still not paid the judgment awarded to him. None of the facts are true as I have stated above. I never actually applied for a loan with him or his company. I am unable to remove this complaint as per Complaints Board policy, so this is the best I can do.
I appologize to Peter and those at Innovative Mortgage for any harm this post has caused them,

I have worked with this company in the past and my experience was amazing. They were very helpful and very truthful. I would defiantly refer them to my family and friends.

This company was reliable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I didnt have any complaints.

It's not the only complaint against these guys. doesn't seem like an isolated incident.

James wrote this complaint because I entered an agreement with his company (GEO) that stated he would provide us "direct marketing advertisements" with a "6 closed loans (per month) guarantee" and "if the buyer (me) does not obtain the warranted number of closed sales between the commencement and a thirty (30) day period... Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of fees paid for the marketing services." After using their services for 1 months we didn't receive a single phone call, email, website click, etc... from their service. I was willing to be patient and wait but my phone calls and emails were not being responded to so I asked for a refund. They gave me the run around for almost 6 months. Finally, I filled complaints with the BBB and several other agencies but no one could find a legitimate business or contact. When they tried to reach out to the individuals I have worked with (including James) they would leave voice mails and emails but no one from James' company would return phone calls. I also had my attorney reach out to them. After several attempts including a demand letter I had to drop the issue because it was costing me more time and money then I initially spent with them.

Unfortunately, in response to my pressure on them they have posted false accusations about me and my company. Fortunately, if someone understand the type of business we are in they will quickly see that the complaint is completely made up and has nothing to do with us.
- First, they state that you won't talk to the same person twice. If they had done any business with us they would know that each client gets their Licensed Loan Originators personal phone number (cell phones in many cases) and email. They would also know that they only work with their personal loan originator and our corporate processor. That should be apparent in the fact that they were able to find our Loan Originators personal contact info right on our website (that is what they copy and pasted above).
- Second, they say that foreclosure is our favor it word. We deal with helping people buy and refinance homes. We are a licensed mortgage broker and are not involved in the foreclosure process at all. If someone is near foreclosure then we can't help them at all - they won't qualify for a refinance or purchase. Foreclosure is a dirty word in our line of work=)...
- Finally, we will have you pay us different amounts. When refinancing or purchasing a home the only expense we can charge by law are an appraisal and a credit report (see the Mortgage Disclosure Improvement Act). Those are set costs and we can NOT increase those above the true third party cost.

I got caught up in what I would consider a bad marketing decision. I have reached out to the websites that these complaints are posted on and they have not responded. Until I can discuss this matter with them, I would be glad to provide anyone with any and all documentation related to the above complaint, including James communication with me, my communication with them, the BBB's attempts to communicate with them, my attorney's communication with me, etc... I would also be glad to provide you my attorney's opinion of this company, the agreement I signed with the company, the cancellation notice I sent them, etc... and you can be the judge for yourself. I am confident that you will see that these accusations are false. Please contact me and I would be glad to give any and all supporting documentation you would like.

James, I work extremely hard for each and every one of my clients as a loan originator, when someone if facing foreclosure, they are unfortunately beyond the stage where I can help with a mortgage loan. Your entire complaint is false and nothing more than an effort to force Peter Skaggs into removing a complaint he had against your company. I have never worked with you nor have I ever been a client of yours, I'm not sure why you felt it was necessary to include myself and some of my colleagues in your vendetta against Peter but I ask that you remove our names from your negative post. We have never done business with you and your complaint is as far as I am concerned a complete lie. For anyone reading this please note that James complaint would only make sense if we were a loan modification company but since we are a mortgage loan company we look for clients that we can help buy or refinance a home not save from foreclosure. Please feel free to call me if you want an honest look at refinancing your home or need a pre qualification to purchase a home, James has generously provided my contact info above.
