This company uses stated that did not uncheck that I wanted coverage with them when applying for a grant program. However I didn't even know who they were until they charged the account. I advised the customer service rep Samatha that I did not even select submit on the credit card for the grant program. If I wasn't charged for the grant program how could I be charged for this. I also informed them that I don't even know what services they offer. She could not tell what they offered only that it was none refundeable. I told her that I would need to speak with someone else and that this card was reported stolen but she did not care. Her only repose is that it was none refundable.

I just had an amount show up on my account I also did not authorize and was hung up on by one rep and talked to in circles by the second one. They said tell me it is nonrefundable and that I signed up for it when I bought something else and even though I had canceled that product the same day I purchased it because I didn't call them separately (I didn't even know I was supposed to) my charges are nonrefundable. I will be reporting this to VISA as a fraudulent charge. This is a MAJOR SCAM. I did get the address to mail a complaint to - Sarend Services, Ltd. P.O. Box 22100, East 26th Ave., Aurora, CO 80019. Be really careful!
I have experienced the same - the customer call service is quite immune to responding - NONREFUNDABLE and I am authorized to handle your situation - no one of authority..

THIS is a SCAM/FRAUD -- wouldn't be surprised if the operation is being runned from a jail cell.
I plan to write to the above address to see if they will refund me my money. I, too, was signed up for identity vault without my permission. I had purchased another product, not that one. They charged me twice before I noticed. thanks, lanell
