KN95 Masks × 1 Black / 30 Pack - $54.99
I placed this order January 9th, 2022. I received an Order Confirmation email immediately, Since then I have emailed them to ask for a shipment confirmation multiple time.
I received an email stating that "There is nothing to do on your part. We have 12 million masks, and we are working around the clock to deliver your order as soon as possible. You will automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships."
And nothing since despite multiple emails checking on shipping info.
Desired outcome: I think this is a scam company, taking advantage of immune compromised individuals, so I'd like them shut down, and for me to receive a full refund for my purchase of KN95 masks $59.95

I placed order number ORDER #481309 Order placed on January 04, 2022 at 06:14PM that cost $94.68. I payed for the first order via PayPal I am immune compromised and I really needed the masks. I thought they were delivering behind because of the post office delays. I then ordered #590387JANUARY 12, 2022 $89.23 with cash. I have not heard from them at all...
