I placed order number ORDER #481309
Order placed on January 04, 2022 at 06:14PM that cost $94.68. I payed for the
first order via PayPal
I am immune compromised and I really needed the masks. I thought they were delivering behind because of the post office delays. I then ordered
#590387JANUARY 12, 2022 $89.23 with cash. I have not heard from them at all. I then looked at the complaints that people had sent and realized I have been scammed.
At this point I am requesting a refund.

Well at least my order was only for $37.60. I ordered the package of face masks on Jan 6 and by Jan 22 had not received anything, except the first automated email reply saying how busy they were and someone would get back to me during regular business hours. I cancelled the order on Jan 23 and asked for a refund. I sent two more emails and no response after that. I tried calling their number and it said, email them. I did. No response Then on Feb 18 I was told they are being delivered. I got them but have not opened the package --- I followed up with guess what? More emails to them. No response. No return label. NOTHING. I am disgusted with businesses like this! Poor service. I live in California and their company is based in Arizona. There is no way I will ever do business with them again. I will also notify Amazon just in case they try to do business through them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.
I also ordered the masks from Hope Health Supply on January 10. Order #562985, for $65.70, waited and waited. I even tried contacting the website with no response. I think I am going to submit a complaint to the BBB. Another scam, it has to be stopped! I am immune compromised and really needed something to protect me.
Thank you, Hope Health Supply, for nothing but aggravation and no hope and money spent to who knows where?

I also have had an issue with this Hope Health Supply. I ordered face masks on Dec 31, 2021 for $84.28, they immediately charged my credit card, but did send a confirming email and text of my Order #442209. Since that day there has been no additional communication, and of course no product. I have tried texting with the confirming text message I received and I have emailed several times just asking what is happening with the order, absolutely no response. I figure at this point the entire Website for Hope Health Supply (located in Birmingham, Alabama?) is a complete Scam. I am also looking for a refund (credit issue to my card) immediately, so that I would be able to order from a truly reputable company.
