Haley Jeep and Dodge Richmond VA review: Customer service

On or about Nov. 23, I purchased a car from Haley Dodge Jeep on 5400 S. Laburnum Ave. My credit was initially run and I had a score of 690. Will Edwards mentioned to me that he had to shop my info for the better rate for the car loan. My next question was, in the process of shopping will each of those lenders individually run my credit? He explained to me that after 30 days, my score would readjust to just one credit inquiry. My credit score has dropped about 30 points. I felt the Will was not honest with me, and led me to believe that it would only effect my credit for one inquiry but it was actually multiple inquiries.
