Guess Factory reviews and complaints

I placed an order, and received an order that was something I did not place an order for. I ordered a bomber jogging jacket and a pair of jogger pants. The order received was not that, I instead received a package that contained black jeans that we did not order in there. Called the customer rep line and was not happy by the treatment or the way they considered the problem being fixed. I was told to resend the pants once the label comes, and then re-purchase the set that I originally brought which was unacceptable. The customer rep continued to state that there was no way he could reorder what was already purchased to me. He then went on to add he can give an additional 20% off of the purchase. The prices have changed on the items purchased which means I would be spending more than what I originally purchased the items for. Unacceptable.
