I have cookware that has scratches notified them April 2023 told was on back order on December 2023 finally received replacements only to find replacements were damaged notified company told maybe on back order. Feel my lengthy wait company should replace all the cookware or send me a certificate for replacement set. Don't feel like my issue is being resolved in timely manner.

Just want you to know how disappointed I am with your griddle. Every time Imake pancakes they stick and have a hard time to turn them. I do everything I am supposed to and they still stick. I am ready to throw it in the garbage and go with the competitor’s griddle to see if that will work.

It has been awhile since I purchased this at Kohl’s. Don’t know the exact date, but do it like your product.

I bought my pan set about 9 months ago , and for the last 2 months they have begun to chip, the copper is chipping right off, they seem to scorch very easily. I paid a lot of money for this set and was hoping to get a new set as mine should not be doing this 9 months after buying . I purchased this set at Walmart in New York State. How can I get new pans?

I received a set of this cookware for Christmas. They are not what they are marketed as. The copper coating scratched up even though I attempted not to use metal spatulas or spoons. They do not heat evenly, and food tends to scorch in them, These pans tend to have stuff stick to them that should not stick. Do not give these as a gift unless you are angry with the person you are giving them to. I am beyond disappointed in the cookware.
