WARNING, Gerard Ladalardo is not the man he claims to be. He's being sued ($96, 000) by an elderly gentleman that was beat up by this so-called tough Marine.(Reference Riverside Superior Court). This "COWARD" not only knocked him down but beat him while he was down and broke several bones. Don't let this "COWARD" (Mingia) around the elderly, women or children.

His own life is in shambles with a foreclosure, bad credit, failure to pay back taxes, failed marriages and losing jobs due to his inability to perform in a professional manner. HA! What a bunch of CRAP! Gerard is happily married (no divorce) still lives in his home (never had a foreclosure) and never, ever filed for bankcruptcy! Mr Paul hernandez is a complete liar.

Hello, this is GERARD's wife. The person who wrote this bad press about Gerard, Mr. Paul "Pablo" Hernandez of Temecula, California applied for a mortgage loan through my husband's company earlier this year (2009) and was denied by 2 different lenders because of various issues with his loan (bad credit, job inconsistancies, etc...) As a broker, we submited loans to many different lenders and are subject to their timeframes, guidellines, etc...
Now Mr. Hernandez has taken it upon himself to hold a personal vendetta against Gerard with threats, emails and now this and other web postings. We have filed a lawsuit against Mr. Hernandez for his disregard to our personal privacy and blatent lies that he claims.
The facts tell all- we have the "proof" of the loan denials, threats, etc... see you in court Paul Hernandez.
