Floofy Pets Store Pet backpack

I ordered the pooch pouch backpack on June 3, 2020. It is now October 3 and I still have not received anything from them. I paid 44.99. I have emailed repeatedly and gotten no response. I try to go to their website but it takes me to a blank page. Their Facebook page has disappeared. There is no phone number in my invoice, which I am attaching here.

Floofy Pets Store Dog carrier

On june 11, 2020 I ordered a pet carrier and it was charged to my paypal account that day. I have sent 2 emails to them asking where it is and they do not reply. The number listed on my credit card statement is not theirs. They have no phone number to call. When I google their name and try to get to their home page, every click takes me to a page to "register" so that I will know when their new store is opening. I have asked for my money back twice. They did send me an email thanking me for my purchase, but it has no contact information on it. It says that because of covid, there could be shipping delays, but it has been 5 weeks already. The email also said if you have any questions to visit "our contact page," but there seems to be no way to get to any contact page.
