On February 10, 2023 I placed my 1st Quarter OTC Benefits order with First Line Benefits who is the company that United Healthcare has contracted with to fill these orders, I am entitled to $50.00 each quarter for items associated with Healthcare. I ordered 7 items that totaled $50.00 and received 5 of the items that totaled $21.00 but did not receive 2...

On April 10, 2022 I placed an on-line order with First Line. All indications were that I would receive my order in 2-3 business days, which meant I should have it by the 14th at the latest. When I didn't receive my order on time, I went on line to check via the tracking number provided. It showed that only a ticket was created and no expected delivery date...
