Incorrect order
On February 10, 2023 I placed my 1st Quarter OTC Benefits order with First Line Benefits who is the company that United Healthcare has contracted with to fill these orders, I am entitled to $50.00 each quarter for items associated with Healthcare. I ordered 7 items that totaled $50.00 and received 5 of the items that totaled $21.00 but did not receive 2 bottles of Bio-Flex tablets that were listed at $15.00 per bottle-total of $30.00 but did receive 2 large bottles of Milk of Magnesia which I did not order and they are not listed in the catalog or online so I do not know why these were shipped. I have contacted United Healthcare Customer Service and First Line Benefits Customer Service three times since 2-11-23 and was told each time a supervisor would contact me within 3-5 business days to solve this problem. Today is now March 1, 2023 and I still have heard nothing and get the same story in each time I called. I want the product or $30.00 put back in my account so I can reorder something before 3-31-23 when the First Quarter ends. I would appreciate any help. Gloria Cockrum

Still waiting for my delayed order after multiple calls
On April 10, 2022 I placed an on-line order with First Line. All indications were that I would receive my order in 2-3 business days, which meant I should have it by the 14th at the latest. When I didn't receive my order on time, I went on line to check via the tracking number provided. It showed that only a ticket was created and no expected delivery date...
