Deck build
Walked off the job less than 1/2 way thru and with most of our money. We found several problems with our deck build, and rather than fix the issues, they walked away. Loose railings, steps built incorrectly 3x's, deck joists missing hangers, main beam cut into. Just to name a few. All safety issues. Owner was unwilling (or unable) to finish and also refused to return some of our money so that we can finish the job. Find another contractor!

Windows and siding
I contracted them to do my windows and siding. A month after it was done the alum. Capping started buckling, soffit falling out, shutters bowing, siding buckling. I called and asked them to come and repair. He told me that I needed to call the subcontractor that he hired to do part of the work. In the meantime I called another contractor that told me it was a complete butcher job and didn't want to have anything to do with it. The next contractor told me the only way to fix it was to completely replace it. He showed me how they never wrapped the house. He showed me how any damage that was caused by them taking down the old siding was never repaired and they just put the siding up over holes. They never put anything between the house and the chimney and now the rain is getting in and ruining the ceiling in my new bathroom and drop ceiling downstairs.

Windows / siding /sliding door
We hired Falasca Home Remodeling to replace our windows, siding and sliding glass door. They measured the windows wrong, never put trim back up on any windows or door. Windows were not insulated properly. Siding is a complete butcher job. The aluminum capping is falling off, the soffit is falling out, the siding isn't straight, the shutters are bowed. they...
