Falasca Home Remodeling review: Windows / siding /sliding door 3

We hired Falasca Home Remodeling to replace our windows, siding and sliding glass door. They measured the windows wrong, never put trim back up on any windows or door. Windows were not insulated properly. Siding is a complete butcher job. The aluminum capping is falling off, the soffit is falling out, the siding isn't straight, the shutters are bowed. they never used any flashing around where the deck meets the house. When his subcontractor was hear doing the siding he told me that the chimney needed to be replaced, I asked him how much, he called the owner, then told me $3000. I told him to replace it. The next day he went back up on the roof and said he made a mistake that the chimney was fine. Since then I had an inspector come and he said the siding should never have been put up without addressing the chimney, he could move the chimney back and forth. I called Luca Falasca and he tells me that because his subcontractor gave me a price that I voided his contract. He tells me I am delusional. That I made my bed now lay in it. I did not have a contract with him for the chimney nor a step that I needed replaced but he tries to tell me he is not responsible for the horrible installation. I didn't pay the subcontractor, he did. His contract is with his subcontractor. My contract is with him and now he is not willing to do the repairs. The subcontractor he sent here to do the gutters put the gutter up where the other subcontractor didn't put capping. He doesn't do the work he sends subcontractors and his son sometimes. They all complain about the guy right on down to the fact that he didn't send a dumpster big enough to hold all the trash. I took at least 5 loads of trash to dump at my expense. Because windows were measured wrong my pleaded shades no longer worked, the pieces for the alarm are missing, Brand new shutters that I had to order myself because the owner sent the wrong sizes they drilled brick above them and left them laying outside, I purchased 10 bags of screws for shutters (10 screws per bag) they never used most of them, only 4 on longer shutters, but they took the screws. Things left damaged and dirty.
