7/12/2023 order Fitbit blaze, fitness watch for $156.90 on 7/13 received an email stating that my order was shipped. and a label created at the post office. post office never received package. The customer service number goes right to a fax machine. They don’t answer your emails I sent many. I would like my money back. please help.my order # 111206

I ordered LG bluetooth head phones. They sent the wrong color, they had someone's ear wax all over them and the left one didn't even have a speaker in it.

I made a report to the BBB and the company replied that the headphones were original and 100% working which is not true. They are scammers. They would not reply to my emails and basically stole $56 from me.
