eScrow Mortgage company escrow account [protected]

eScrow disbursement not returned to account in amount of $119.21 incident was first made on 04/15/2022 stating not having proof of Homeowners Insurance. Homeowners Insurance was paid and posted on 02/17/2022 Five days before it was even due. Insurance was paid on 02/17/2022 Escrow Disbursement was made on 04/15/2022 almost 2 months after posted Insurance payment. Called numerous times which I have my phone bill sent numerous e-mails, My response is We are working on it. If my payment were late, which it has never been they would not hesitate to submit a Late fee, I am very unhappy with this company

eScrow Suntrust customer service

This company sucks!

I had a mortgage with them for 18 years, sold my house and was due an escrow refund of $1265.

It was supposed to come by 15 days of sale. Never came so I called customer support. They told me the mail is running slow and call back in a week. It didnt come in another week so I called again. Now they tell me it was not shipped when the previous idiot I spoke with told me, but the week later.

Its been almost 30 days since i've sold the house and still no escrow refund check from them. I called again today and was told another date the check was mailed out. I am so pissed!

This company sucks!
