They do not refund they are complete fake from start to finish
Bought LV handbag and sunglasses 16 August 2012, £240. Arrived 3 weeks later obvious fake and the cheapest quality. Handbag was not the one ordered. Generic email asking nature of complaint. Emails back and forth with no resolution despite the "Your 100% satisfaction is our guarantee". Long story short, advised by bank to return goods and retain proof of purchase. Money taken from Efashions 20 November 2012. They do not refund they are complete fake from start to finish. NEVER AGAIN and TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

Fake item
These guys are scammers - the items are not "authentic quality" and not received with genuine warranty or tags. In my experience not only did they send the wrong item but a poor quality fake of a different one after a wait of over 4 weeks for customs clearance. They certainly do not honour their statement "Customer satisfaction our #1 priority". Said they...
Stay away from this one
I found this site advertising on a reputable Australian website, (ninemsn.com.au), and trusted it. The site states that they only sell genuine items. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and it has been delivered only to find that it is a long way short of L V quality. I have taken photos of the bag and will be sending them on to whoever needs them to stop this site from trading.

This is a huge SCAM! A BIG FRAUD.. THEY KEEP SENDING AUTOMATED EMAIL REPLIES AND DO NOT DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY! PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND HOPE INTERNATIONAL CONSUMERS BOARD GET INVOLVED TO WIPE THIS COMPANY OFF THE INTERNET!
