EDI I am complaining about driving instructor his name Ahmed

With due respect.

Hi to all EDI complain team's I am Syed Siraj Hussain student of your institute but I really confused yesterday. I booked my classes 17 - 01 2021 up to 19th of January. Your one driving instructor his name ahmed my class timing was started from 3.30 PM up to 5.30 PM I called my instructor ahmed to come here in my location he started shouting on me and said I don't know your location in Hor Al Amz you must come to head office Al Nadah after I contacted with your office team in Hor Al Anz they called ahmed he came but he started shouting in the office. At the front of all customers and left them I cancelled my training same time. So please take action against that instructor he was very very rude and misbehaviors.

EDI service

File back took more than a month of processing instead of 3 to 4 days as promised by the EDI Staff despite of series of follow up calls.

Supervisor of EDI handle the file back is NOT COMMITTED of her WORDS with very POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS.

Not paying attention of her words and agreement.

I raise this complaint to raise awareness of the reputed institution in UAE before somebody else will face the same issues.
