E-LIFE No connection

I signed up for etisalat elife and showtime package, on the 15-05-11, and I was told it would be connected in 3 to 4 days, I have been back to there Midrif City Center office a further 4 times to be finally told there is no fiber optic cable in the street, how simple it would have been if I was told that on the 15th, but what angers me most is they do not give you a solution or any feed back to the situation if I had not gone to there office on so many occasions, the weird thing is there is Etisalat box on my living room wall and my neighbours are connected.

PLS CHECK YOUr E - LIFE PACKAGE BILLS CAREFULLY.

THEY CAN CHARGE U FOR SOMETHING WHICH U HAVE NOT TAKEN.

yes they are compelling us to upgrade the shamil to elife, several times i had asked the customer service person who call me whether there is any hidden charges and cancellation charges for ungrading and they clearly confirmed that nothing, now in my new bill there is an amount says transfered from old account an amount of dhs. 385/-, when i called 101 they replied that remaining amount for the old shamil modem charges. I never reqeusted to ungrade by myself, if they are ungrading they dont have the responsibiliy to inform the customer about the extra hidden charges. I would contintue the shamil for 5 monht more, One thing more unitl i get the bill I dont know that my connection was upgraded, no information, they charge me from last 20 days, no information, there is a free antivirous for elife people, whcih not informed me until now. Why this Etisalat also behaving like bank credit card, why they dont disclose the charges to customer before activating any new system, Now I check for cancelling Elife, they are telling there is some charges I have to pay if want to canell this elife. One more thing the telephone and Caller ID is free for those upgraded to Elife, my elife started on 3rd Oct. 2010 and in my telephone bill of September they charged Dhs. 60- advace for coming 3 monhts rent. means until December 31, 2010. My opinion if there is any chance to go for DU will be better, By the grace of Gold and decisions from the rulers the monopoly of this people has minimized or broked which is very appreciable and alteast give change for midlle class people.thanks
