Indovision none responsive customer service

for 5 telephone request of service checking & 4 emails requesting the same for repairing & restoring TV program, none was responsible. other than when i called up again or i juts basically getting a computer generated emails saying someone will contact me!
everytime i called up, where i said i have not be able to access to my tv program, they start repeating the same protocol of same enquiry on what is wrong with my program. worst thing is during the telephone calls i made, at least 2 was just hangup when they hear i speak english! they have took out programs without at least a 2 weeks notice too! what is wrong with this picture, they can't confirm if they will nto charge my credit card for march payment which is due on 1st arch as they cannot guarantee they can ensure my program is up! Why? Why? Why? I need to suffer this type of services when i am a full payment customer whom they debit my account religiously every month? I deserve a proper apology & refund for the issues I have encountered! i should have listen to my friends when they recommended me with 1st media!

We have experiened horrendous customer service from this cable TV provider. After a technical problem was noted on our TV screen, with a technical problem message from the service provider, we were instructed to call their customer service section. It has taken at least 12 different calls by two people over 4 days to get any type of meaningful follow-up...
