Dr. Prahalad B. Jajodia reviews and complaints

If I could give negative stars I would. My Grand Mother was referred to Dr. Jajodia, and instead of seeing the Dr. during her first visit, she was instead seen by a PA. The PA ordered additional labs and scans, and she scheduled for a second appointment to meet with the Dr. Directly to answer questions and concerns the PA was not able to address. The appointment was scheduled for 9/17 at 2:15 pm. We arrived at 1:15 pm (she arrived by 1:15 pm via senior transport, I arrived by 2 pm). At 3:15, she was taken back for vitals and asked if we wanted to see the PA (in 15 min) or the Dr. (In 15 - 20 min). We explained we were there to see Dr. Jajodia and were asked to sit back in the waiting room to address questions the PA could not at the first appointment. By 3:55 pm we still had not been seen, I asked again, and we were directed back to a room and were told it would be 10 more minutes. At 4:15 pm I asked again for the doctor and was told he'd be right in. By 4:30 pm, I told the staff we could not wait any longer were going to have to find another Dr. and left.

No explanation was ever given, no warning upon appointment confirmation or arrival/sign-in there was a longer than normal wait time. I work full time and have my own special medical care I need to address. This was completely unacceptable service and care.
