Delaware North Companies Employee harassment

I find it inappropriate you have an employee, Mikki J., that is very publicly spreading untruthful gossip and rumors about an employee of Xanterra, S. Gordon, to employees and management staff of DNC, and Xanterra. The stress he's causing her with his ongoing harassment is not doing her health any good. Mikki J. is aware S. Gordon has had recent surgery for a mass, and that she is due for another surgery. I am appalled you have an employee intentionally causing havoc to another person's due to sheer pettiness and jealousy. I cannot tell you what to do with your employees. Especially after they have clocked out. But, Mikki J.'s type of conduct during and off of work towards S. Gordon needs to be addressed immediately.

Desired outcome: Discipline.
