dc magic box They have not responded to problem with series Columbo & Quincy

I purchased the series Quincy M.E. since I could not locate the full series. DC Magic box listed the series for $89. While ordering I found Columbo also and ordered both series. I received the DVD's after a few weeks and found they were copied from TV. Both series had episodes that were missing the ending or skipped badly. Initially DC Magic box indicated they would replace them; however, after sending them a pdf and word document indicating the problem episodes I have not heard from their customer support division! I continue to try and reach them.

dc magic box bad customer service

i have been going back and forth with dcmagicbox to fet 3 replacements for the entire series dvd set of big vally that i purchased. At first they seemed helpful but the replacements they sent didnt work either. Then they said they changed vendors and claimed they sent me the replacements in May. When I never eceived them I emailed them. They said they would send them again. I asked them to let me know how they would be sending them and when I can expect to get them especially since the prior replacements were not received if they were ever mailed. I have been emailing them over and over in the last 10 days and they are ignoring ever email. I was really getting huffy in my emails after a while about their service to me in not answering. They also wont even give you their address and telephone number if you request it. I would never buy from them again but in the meantime I want the replacements needed since I spent alot of money on the whole set I purchased.I wish I knew someone who could get me and address or telephone number or a way to get some service
