I load 100 pesos tru mobile banking last night. It said it was unsuccessful but it was deducted on my account. I want a refund!
I waited 1hr like i've always did. But come on it's almost 24hrs already. Why did you put a prepaid load service in mobile banking when it is not accurate? I unsderstand it is only 100 pesos. But I work hard to get that amount. So please bring back that amount in my account!
