Sxx i knew tat my damage hair in d end length no use to keep but i really cannot agree and accept tat u say my hair damage till half head have to cut it 5inch..cos before my hair not look too bad..
Tat is after do straighten or color become worse 1..then u must cut it all..
Now if u giving me what kind of hair treatment or return back money also no use to. I can't even have back my 5inch of hair..
So no need do anything..

The more I think, I very upset and angry. I keep my hair for so long and now all hair is damaged. As a very long time customers of yours, you tell me how you or your staff is going to compensate me? I don't want your free hair treatments.

Today my house maid go do straighten hair at 1 small kampong salon she only paid
B$70.00
But I paid B$400.00++ to Cutting Crew hair salon they Making my hair look like my house maid before straighten hair 1!
