Philips recall
On oct of 2021 we filled a claim against my husband cpap machine and it was on a recall list. We have called several times and was told they have a year to fill all recall machines. Today we called again and they say that they are not replacing machine. It is out of warranty. Would will have to contact doctor for a new script. A recall is a recall it has been determined that they are a hazard to health on this model. I want them to replace like they said a year ago. Any help in getting this matter fixed would be greatly appreicated.

Failed to provide accurate information on when CPAP device replacement would be delivered for over 1 year to my elderly father.
