Hotel reservation cancel
I had made hotel reservation through corporate perks, how ever hotel failed to provide accommodation and corporate perks agreed for refund.
However when I am trying to reach corporate perks [protected] from last one week and they never responds and gives voice message that no one is available to take your call please reach out priceline. com help line.
When I reach priceline. com they are saying as reservation made though corporate perks they will be doing refund and refund has been already done from priceline. com
Rejection of WOWPoints use
A summary of my WowPoints request to burn $50 worth of WowPoints on a $250 order. Disqualified because of a $5 instant promo. Had to search for a contact email because the claims form was broken. I've been reading some of the complaints lodged against this company on your website. I can't believe that other customers have actually been able to purchase products from this company. I've been trying to make a purchase on the corporate perks site, off and on for two weeks. I fill out all the information, get to the SUBMIT button and nothing happens. Okay, so I alerted the company to my problem. I had to email them because they don't publish a phone number on their website. (Never a good sign of expectations for great customer service). They did get back to me on email with several suggestions on how to complete my order. I actually wasted more time, attempting the alternatives. Still nothing worked. I've followed each failed attempt up with another email. I haven't heard back from Corporate Perks. I've officially given up on these Corporate Jerks! Maybe CP used the same computer tech people who built the website for the affordable care act?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
