Repairs and maintenance taking more than 4 weeks
I was informed that repairs on my 6 months old laptop would take 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they informed me that they were having difficulty procuring parts for the laptop. 0n the 18/12/2013 my husband bought a Mecer tablet S10 for me for Christmas.
