CoCoMi reviews and complaints

Ordered a pair of sunglasses from www.cocomi.com.au website four months ago. It took about 5 weeks to get my order. I opened the package and saw that my glasses were damaged. There was a huge crack. I contacted CoCoMi and asked for a replacement. They said that these glasses were the last in stock so they were not able to replace them. Then their rep said that they were very sorry and that they decided to refund me. I was so happy and even paid for the return shipping! One week passed, then two and three and nothing! I tried to contact CoCoMi but they ignored me! Still no news and no refund! Scammers!

From the fist sight it might look that CoCoMi is an Australia based company, but their actual location is somewhere in China.
Ordered a watch from them and they promised I'll get it in two weeks. When my order did not show up after two weeks of waiting I got suspicious and decided to contact these guys regarding my order.
I called the number I found on their webpage but no one answered. There was only an automated message asking me to live a voice mail.
No one contacted me back, so I decided to contact PayPal to get some help and assistance. Later I received a message from PayPal stating that my order was shipped and was already on its way.
In the end I did received my watch (after almost two months of waiting) and the nightmare was finally over.
My advice is to stay far away from CoCoMi. They are terrible in dealing with customers and totally unprofessional.
