I bought bag from the website www.coachbagsoutlet.com, but I wouldn’t recommend it to other people. The bag arrived on time, but it wasn’t authentic and the zip was broken. I tried to change it, but the seller refused and told me that it was only fault. When I started to ask about the authenticity, the seller simply stopped to reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

SCAM! Customer service email address is a hotmail address, should have been my first clue, der! But, I saw the bag I wanted for cheap and put my blinders on...never again! I checked my order status because I have not received my tracking info, and it hasn't even shipped, argh! I emailed them a few times and finally got a response that made NO sense at all... I said that I wanted my order within 5 days or my money back, and their response was "OK, thank you"! WTH kind of response is that?!

Well I ordered about $400 worth of merchandise back in July at which time I went away for the summer and when I returned I went to the post office to pick up my package only to find out it had been sent back. There began my problem after contacting the website of course through email because there is no phone number I was told they would reship my items. So here I am October 1st still no package and everytime I contact them they tell me they shipped it but it hasn't reached my address. After giving them my address twice more I still don't have it. So I asked for a refund no need in paying for items I don't have and after requesting my refund twice they won't even answer the emails now. So I paid all this money for something I don't have. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY.
