Clearwater Mall reviews and complaints

Going to Clear water on Sunday was a nightmare. Because of building new shops, free parking available - but full - Tried to find parking at normal parking, take a ticket but just to get irritated by not finding parking fro 15 min. My questions is, how can you let people go into the parking are and there is no parking? You have to wait and because so many people are let into the gate, you can not even reverse if a parking opens behind you. Then when you find parking I am sure Clear water would still be so greedy to charge full price for parking. This is after you have to idle your petrol out, get irritated to wait 15 to 20 min for parking and then you car gets dirty cause of the construction...no Clear water...you seem to be only caring about the money. I will not be shopping at your shops anymore! I would rather do shopping somewhere else!

Parking fees at Clearwater are now getting ridiculous. You are forcing people to shop elsewhere or to stay for shorter periods at your mall. Surely you want to encourage people to visit your mall and not scare them away with outrageous parking tariffs. Give customers a choice between paid and unpaid parking. I can use the parking fees for petrol to drive to Cresta. I challenge you to refrain from the usual “We take note of your comment” and to explain to us why you charge for all parking and why it is so expensive.
