The regions bank official told me over the phone that he is stealing out my account and I can't make him quit he told me he practises this all over the usa they are trying to heart there clients he gave me a verbal waver that the bank is stealing 5+2-12. You all need to turn your selves in and compensate.

Checking no over draft

I have a bank acct. with my son Tyler Empey so I could monitor and help him with his bills. The agreement was he would not with draw from the acct do to the fact it was not his money for rent and other bills I pd for him. He refused a debit card and requested;( no over draft ); due to the fact he had been in trouble with this before. We were very happy with this acct. Until my son started to recently take money out of the acct and withdrew money from the Sandwich, Ma. TD bank acct. at the bank on a WITHDRAWAL SLIP, not a check or debit card. The money was given to him, with out the teller checking the acct. due to the fact their was not enough money in the acct. to cover the withdrawal request. Now the acct. is in the red. I would like to know how this could happen if their was not enough money in the acct. at the bank with a withdrawal slip.

I was charged $245 in fees for 3 transactions in the amount of $21.93, $10.00 and $7.15. These charges showed on my statement the day before then a transacation of $75 came through and that one was paid instead and left the 3 delinquent charges 3 X fees rather than 1 fee for the $75.00 The next day I receive Automatic Deposit and they added more fees totalling $245 in fees for 3 small items. This is not right!
