AMBank Credit card

As I complained earlier.. Regarding failure to use my credit card while paying my hospital bill.. So.. Ya.. Lol.. I received a cal from ambank.. They ask me what happen.. I explained n they said they will cal me back.. They called me the 2nd time n explained the same thing again n after a few days.. Ambank sent me a msg on my hp.. Saying.. Ur case has been attended to and closed, lol... So easy... Just like that ambank closed my case.. Woooow... Can I not pay for my credit card for few months n after few months when ambank calls.. I just say... I m sori... Can i?... Is this a kind of joke?... This involves my name/my pride/my status... I m a director of few companies... N this calculates my status...In which I think ambank is just taking it lighly... When we pay late... U ambank charge us interest.. Even its 1 day late... Now when ambank is involved.. So easily u send me a msg n say case closed... What did u ambank even do to solve my case... Just 2 calls.. Ask me what happen n ya.. Case close.. Izit that easy?... For ur info... This is not a joke...

Desired outcome: CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT CAN AMBANK DO TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM

AMBank Credit card

Hi... My name is Mr Aman... Few years ago... I bought a car and the car loan was from ambank ipoh... The person in charge asked me would I like a credit card since u applied a loan from our bank and we would like to give you a credit card.. I agreed and I was given a 50k credit limit credit card.. Today I needed to pay a bill of 18k at a private hospital in ipoh.. My credit card was rejected.. I was shocked and so embarrassed at the hospital.. I called the ambank credit card centre... I spoke to a guy and I told him my problem... He was so cool about it and he told me, so sorry for that sir.. This few days we are having problem with our system.. So the problem is normal... Is this a kind of joke or what.. So if ambank system has a problem.. So what am I supposed to do.. Don't leave the hospital?.. Stay another night at the hospital?.. Tell the hospital I will come back and pay when ambank credit card system is ok..?... What a joke.. What kind of people work in ambank credit card centre have.. Can't even give proper explanation, is it my problem if ur system is down?

Desired outcome: ambank should tell me what they can do ur propose to me for all this trouble

As credit card customer of ambank i received a statement for the mth of june 16 indicate 2 payment omitted in sept 2015 which is almost 6 mth ago. Now they demand for payment without giving the cust to check through on the said transaction whether valid or not...but now start charging late charges. My Question is how many of us still keeping our receipt of...
