I want to cut their charges to credit card

Good day. I would like to terminate/cancellation of my family shield plus insurance under named of Lucinda A. Halcon with my card ending no. 4005 BEC. I have no work now and not capable to pay. I called rcbc to cancel my ygc family shield plus and also cancel my card as well but they told me only ygc has the power to do that. Pls respond immediately to my concern. Asap.
