Candi & Co Foschini Fourways Mall review: Salon service

I went in to the salon to get my hair coloured on a Sunday (granted I did not make an appointment) however they advised they can assist me
They only had one colour specialist who took 5 hours to facilitate what I needed done and still messed up the colour and the manager asked me to come back on the Thursday and he will fix it
I left my work time to go in and he never pitched for the appointment and advised he was going to be late
To accommodate him I left and went back later and he still did not pitch
This is the worst customer service and unprofessional behaviour I have seen in any industry
I was charged R1225 and the manager compensated me by not charging for the cut and blow whcih was only R200 and Ihad to go to another salon to fix the damage and spent another R1500 to get the desired colour and that took all of one hour and happy with the result
