I ordered the aligners with a down payment of over 200 dollars over two months ago. It all started out fine, first week sucked but I think that's normal for any method of aligning teeth. Byte Byte aligners

I purchased byte aligners and one of my aligners in my plan didn't fit. At that point, i reached out and let them know they told me to backtrack track which I did. once I got back to that aligner it still didn't fit I have tried to reach out and call but no one has gotten back to me. It has been MONTHS. I have called emailed and gone through my byte app. Not a single person has tried to reach out. I really want my money back but i don't know what to do. I am just at a loss and this was a very expense mistake.

Byte Byte Impression Kit

Byte took my money and sent me to separate impression kits. Both of them were too big and causing pain. They could not provide me a third smaller kit with even just the trays. They told me that I had to go to Amazon and purchase different trays there from another vendor.

They took my money and did not have the means to create appropriate impressions. They also asked me to ask my dentist if aligners would work for me. They wanted someone else to do that part of the work for them. When they told me that they do not have a tray that fits me, they told me they could not deliver the results.

They also did not disclose in their guarantee that the impression kits were unrefundible. They chose to omit that until after purchase, until impressions were taken, and then only in a text message. Byte assigns a helper with every impression order.

Desired outcome: I want a refund. It's a simple matter. I also expect and apology. I have a copy of their guarantee.

Byte Billing

One of the things that appealed to me when deciding to become a Byte customer, was the free retainers for life. I did all of my check ins as required and I order my retainers when it’s time. My issue is, when ordering the retainers, it shows no money owed. The billing and shipping total are $0.00. But when I check my account, Byte has taken out $99.

Desired outcome: I would like for Byte to refund me for each set of retainers I’ve been charged $99 for and honor their policy as it was explained to me when becoming a customer.

Byte Byte

I paid the full package and my last payment was july 2023 . I didn't recieve any services except the first aligner set, although i kept on paying for two years because whever i contact the company i didn't get any response . Now after i am done with my payments i recieved an email that i have to pay again starting September 2023. I want to revoke authorization to my account immediately. And i request a refund

Desired outcome: I want to stop reoccurring payments immediately. and i request a refund

I started with Byte in early 2020, and was excited to see I was a candidate. After a few weeks using my aligners, I reported pain, and was directed to move to previous aligners. I'm on my 20th week and second set of aligners that don't fit properly, waiting for a 3rd impression kit so I can wait another 2-3 weeks for the 3rd set of aligners with another 13 weeks of treatment.
