Buckalew Hospitality reviews and complaints
poor service
This complaint is in how this secret shop company handles its shoppers. If you are considering becoming a shopper for this company please read this and consider this first. I have been a secret shopper for over 17 years. I have high marks with the companies for which I work. I recently completed my first shop for Buckalew. This was for a hotel shop. After experiencing trouble with the internet at the hotel I notified the scheduler Amy that I would be late with the report due to the issue. After completing the report I received my feedback and score from Amy. My score was much lower than anticipated. I realized it would be lower for being late but this was much lower. I contacted her to ask for back up on the low score. She told me I had failed to follow up to her emails. I informed her this was not true and told her I would forward all email correspondence showing I responded to all emails in a matter of a few hours. She then told me that the report was late and had made things difficult for her. I told her the amount to deduct for a late score did not correlate with my score. She refused to provide further information backing up the score. I contacted the owner David Buckalew about the issue. He told me he would back up his editor no matter what. I told him as a business owner it was a poor practice to back up an issue without being properly informed on what the issue was. He still refused to hear my side. This is very poor business practice. I would not recommend this company as a shopper or as a company looking for a secret shop company. Most companies allow more lenience on report from a first time shopper with the company. It takes a few times to learn the forms and know exactly what is expected as it is so different with each company. Buckalew does not give any lenience. That and the inefficient editorial staff would steer me towards one of the more experienced secret shop companies out there.

Wow wonder who this could be. Because David if you read what i wrote you would see exactly why i stated what i did. Why don't you grow up and learn to run a business. Failed? What a laugh seeing as i have way more experience than u ever did.
You really must be in the first grade, only a first grader would come to the conclusion that I am defending the company because I either am the person who supposedly wronged you or I work for the company.
You obviously need to learn how to read, my name is not David, perhaps that is why you got such a low score, because you do not know how to read. Why not go back to first grade and learn how to read, problem solved.
Why not grow up and just admit you score is not as high as you think it should be, you failed.
