Brooklyn Villas Condominium reviews and complaints
sukkah still up after the religious days?
I live on the corner of Kent and Wilson St in Brooklyn, and I know that they are doing construction on the side walk, but my first floor tenants April Gentle and Mr Rubin has the Sukkah still builded up. I thought this was temporary for the Jewish Religion Days, but it seems like they are not removing it any time soon. I called: Brooklyn Villas Condominium at [protected] ext 135 at All Care Management. I informed them about the situation and they agree that it shouldn't been up for so long. She stated that she will inform her Boss, but that was a week ago and still it is up. Can some one help?

I am complaint about the sukkah that isn't removed yet
I want to know when these people who reside on the first floor will remove Sukkah temporary hut constructed for use during the week-long Jewish festival of Sukkot. The Jewish festival is over so why is it still up?. Is there any way they could remove it. I have a handicap brother who takes the access-a- ride car service to go to work in the morning, but this Sukkah is blocking my second floor window path to watch over him. Could anyone help. APRIL GENTILE & ABRAHAM RUBIN (1 FLOOR) TENANT CONSTRUCTED the SUKKAH and NOT taking it down. I want to know if anything could be done for them too. ALL CARE MANAGEMENT isn't doing nothing to settle with this issue. Its in Williamburg Brooklyn

Illegal builded
The first floor tenant (April Gentile) who is the owner installed two canopies without a permit or license (illegally) which brings rodents like squirrel to climb into the vent tubes. Because they could climb on the illegal extended house that they had builded wo permit too, and on top of the canopy and into the vent tubes and break the walls and get into my room by scratching in. These rodents are a health issues because they could bring any form of diseases to my family member which I live with. I complainted to All Care Management, 311 and to Building in which you could check out online, but these resident on the first floor (April Gentile & Rubin) disregarded any hearings which they face many penalties for many violation but nothing is being done. I want them to remove the two canopies so rodents wouldn't climb into the vents.

Disreguard of other people property!
I am writing a formal complaint in order to report what I believe to be an invasion of home property. On September 16, 2010, I came home from work and noticed that the neighbors(Rubin's) which reside in 599 Kent Ave 1th floor, Brooklyn, NY 11211 has invaded my space when they sneakily built a wood house under my window roughly 1 inches away. I talked with the homeowner about this matter, but they stated that it was only for 10 days, and also stated that she can make my life a living hell. NYPD was notified and in our discussion I was told to inform "Brooklyn Villas Condominium" about the situation, so I faxed my complaint three to four times to their address: Brooklyn Villas Condominium, 199 Lee Avenue, PMB # 371, Brooklyn, NY 11211, , and I called them so many times, but "NOTHING IS RESOLVE". You cannot get anything done(resolve) with "Brooklyn Villas Condominium."
